Chia Seed Pudding

Happy Tuesday!!!!

Today I made one of my most recent favorite recipes (drum roll please). CHIA SEED PUDDING!!!

This is probably one the easiest, quickest, and yummiest recipes ever! Between my mom and I we have eaten three batches of this stuff in the past three days! Look how pretty it is too!!

What you need:
A small to medium sized bowl with a lid
Fork or small spoon to mix
Chia Seeds
Almond or Coconut milk
Agave (or sweetener of your choice)
Coconut flakes (optional)

Put 1/4 a cup of chia seeds in your bowl.

Add a 1 cup of almond of coconut milk and a 1 tablespoon of agave.

It's optional to sprinkle coconut flakes on top.

Place in fridge for at least 5 hours in order for the chia seeds to absorb the milk and gel up to a pudding constancy.

Play around with this recipe and maybe substitute maple syrup for agave. Maybe be a little adventurous and try some raspberries for an exciting breakfast!
Add some almonds for a desert to surprise your friends or family!

Have a lovely rest of your day!
Enjoy!
