Workout Challenge

SPRINT HALF MILE
5 JUMPING JACKS
5 CRUNCHES 
4JUMPING JACKS
4 CRUNCHES 
3JUMPING JACKS
3 CRUNCHES
2 JUMPING JACKS
2 CRUNCHES 
1 JUMPING JACK
1CRUNCH 
(Try doing this under three minutes so just play a song and jump and crunch)
20 BURPEES
30 CRUNCHES
20 LUNGES
30 BYCICLES 
60 SECOND PLANK

Remember to stretch!!
