Workout Challenge


Today the challenge is (dun dun dunnnnnnn)

SPRINT HALF MILE
KETTLE BALL SQUATS (3 reps of 5)
20 PUSHUPS
60 CRUNCHES
10 BURPEES
30 SECOND PLANK
20 LUNGES
40 JUMPING JACKS
20 SQUATS

Try doing the last 7 in under 10 minutes!
