12 POUND WEIGHT 10 REPS OF 10 (ON EACH ARM)
30-SECOND SIDE PLANK (RIGHT)
30-SECOND SIDE PLANK (LEFT)
30-SECOND PLANK
10 LUNGES (2 SETS)
10 BURPEES
